Moving high-value IT infrastructure isn’t standard freight — it demands precision handling, verified processes, and real accountability from collection to installation. Our specialist forwarding division was built for exactly that.
Every project begins with a controlled intake, asset verification, and pack specification designed to protect sensitive hardware through road, air, or sea movements. Using air-ride vehicles, sealed flight cases, and chain-of-custody tracking, we deliver shipments that arrive exactly as they left: logged, photographed, and ready for redeployment.
Between us and our partners we handle customs end-to-end for IT shipments—correct HS codes, valuation/origin, clean entries and the right Incoterms. Movements can be permanent, temporary or for repair; we set the regime, lodge the paperwork, and keep an audit trail.
At destination you get a complete evidence pack: MRN/entry refs, copies of C88/SAD, duty/VAT worksheet and any relief approvals—archived and retrievable for audit.
We classify each line to the correct HS code, confirm valuation method and country of origin, and document the rationale so future entries stay consistent.
Export MRNs and import entries (e.g., C88/SAD) lodged with coherent values, codes and tax treatment. Deferment, postponed VAT or DDP set up in advance.
EXW→DDP responsibilities mapped so brokers know who pays duty/VAT and who is declarant. We can act as IOR/EOR where permitted and in defined scope.
ATA Carnet, IPR/OPR or Returned Goods Relief applied when eligible. Serials/photos linked to entries so the relief stands up in an audit post project completion.
Dual-use and sanctions screening done before filing; licence needs flagged early. We manage holds/exams with fast evidence and a timestamped exception log.
Partners need to receive MRN/entry refs, invoices/packing lists, duty/VAT worksheet and approvals. Records should be retained for 7–10 years (jurisdiction dependent) and retrievable on request.

“Madrid to Slough. Well, if I can define in one word this work is “professional”. It Is amazing to see your guys labelling and inventorying everything with no fails. To see you moving everything quickly and without any hardware problems. To see after the movement that all the caballing is completely correct. Next time, if we can work with you again, I don’t think that I will need to be there because I can trust all the work on you, giving you the full info before the movement. So, from my side, I just want to say “Good job!”, I hope to work with you more times in the future.”

To book, we need the pickup and delivery addresses with on-site contacts; a piece-level inventory with dimensions, weights, pack type, stackability, orientation, and lithium or dangerous goods status; your hard deadline and preferred mode — Same-Day Delivery, Next Flight Out, On-Board Courier, or Charter; the insurance value; and for cross-border moves, the Incoterm, importer details, and EORI or VAT numbers. Note constraints such as screening availability, curfews, air traffic control or weather delays, airline baggage limits for on-board couriers, and lithium or volumetric restrictions.
Our Specialist IT & Freight Forwarding Services are engineered for organisations that can’t afford guesswork with mission-critical assets. Every consignment is treated as an engineered process — not a parcel — combining export compliance, specialist packaging, sealed logistics, and verifiable chain-of-custody tracking. Whether your shipment is a single populated rack, an international project rollout, or a one-off same-day critical delivery, every movement is risk-assessed, documented, and executed by trained engineers and approved carriers.
We go far beyond transport — each service covers cabling, pre-build preparation, risk-controlled relocations, compliance audits, and post-move verification testing. With dedicated project managers, specialist engineers, and tamper-evident chain-of-custody, we ensure your infrastructure transitions smoothly, securely, and with minimal downtime.
Every project starts with a detailed intake audit. Each item is photographed, serial numbers are captured, and any pre-existing marks are logged before packing begins. Based on dimensions, fragility, and orientation, we assign the correct pack type — foam-lined flight case, pallet with collars, or reinforced carton — with the right internal foam density, ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection, and sealing method. Once loaded, every case is chocked and strapped to rated E-track or L-track points inside air-ride vehicles, keeping weight evenly distributed and heavy items low. Shock and tilt indicators can be added for evidence of handling, and vehicles are sealed with numbered tags for a tamper-proof audit trail from collection to delivery.
If requested we issue a full Evidence Pack that can be filed directly into your compliance or audit system. It includes a Proof of Delivery and seal-break photos, the complete chain-of-custody manifest showing times, seal numbers, IDs, and signatories, and a milestone transcript from both GPS and airline data. For customs shipments, we attach entry references, airway bills, and all associated import/export declarations. The result is a single, timestamped record showing that the same equipment which left your site arrived safely, with every handoff verified.
Between us and our partners we manage export and import declarations end-to-end, including HS classification, valuation, and country-of-origin verification. Movements can be permanent, temporary, or for repair under ATA Carnet, IPR/OPR, or Returned Goods Relief. Our brokers pre-lodge entries, coordinate with customs for screening, and ensure valuation and duty treatment are correctly applied. Each entry is linked to the consignment manifest and retained for audit. For clients without local representation, we can act as Importer or Exporter of Record (IOR/EOR) where permitted — keeping you compliant without adding administrative overhead.
We offer four controlled modes depending on speed, sensitivity, and distance.
Dedicated Road: sealed direct routes using air-ride vehicles with no hub transfers.
Standard Air: consolidated air freight with bonded handling and tracking.
Priority Air: next-available departures with pre-cleared documentation.
On-Board Courier or Charter: fastest possible uplift for critical or regulated hardware.
Each mode is selected based on risk, cost, and deadline. Every journey includes seal tracking, telematics, and live updates until delivery is verified.
The chain remains unbroken from manifest creation to seal-break, giving you a clear, tamper-evident record suitable for audit or regulatory inspection.
Our pricing is transparent and directly linked to operational parameters — distance, mode, handling, and time constraints.
Same-Day Delivery: calculated on time, mileage, and site access limitations.
Next Flight Out / On-Board Courier: reflects airline fees, screening, courier time, and local transfers.
Charter: based on aircraft type, block hours, and handling costs.
No hidden extras — all quotations itemise the route, carriers, and insurance, allowing procurement teams to compare options clearly and justify selections internally.
All shipments are subject to mandatory security screening, airline slot availability, and regulatory constraints such as lithium battery classifications, dangerous goods thresholds, and volumetric loading limits. Curfews, air-traffic control delays, and adverse weather can also affect schedules. We mitigate these risks through contingency planning — every uplift has a pre-filed recovery route for re-flight, relay drive, or bonded layover at an alarmed facility. You’re informed in real time if any deviation occurs, and all changes are appended to the manifest.
For critical movements, we can often deploy a dedicated vehicle or courier within 60 to 90 minutes of receiving confirmed details. Our operations desk runs 24/7, with access to live flight data and carrier networks for immediate uplift scheduling. Once we receive pickup and delivery postcodes, item dimensions, and your deadline, we return a compliant route plan — often within 15 to 30 minutes. From there, the same engineers who plan the move oversee loading, documentation, and chain-of-custody tracking until completion.
