Moving IT across borders is a logistics job first: sealed consignments, direct routes, and evidence at every hand-off. We run door-to-door forwarding for racks, user devices and AV kits under a single PM, using export-safe packing, unbranded air-ride vehicles, airline/port hand-offs, and live milestones so you always know where the shipment is—and who signed for it.
From survey to final mile the flow is governed and visible: pack & seal to device class, collect to schedule, hand-off to airport/port, protected connections on the main leg, and white-glove delivery to point of use. Lithium/DG eligibility and mode choice (road/air/sea) are set up-front; if air isn’t compliant, we route by road or sea without breaking chain-of-custody.
Racks, servers, desktops/NUCs, screens, AV kits, spares, demo/POC kits, and returns—single site to multi-country programmes – If it’s IT related we move it. Lithium batteries and other controlled items handled under the right declarations.
Damage in transit: We pack to the device class foam-lined flight/rail cases, no loose accessories, and corner/edge protection — with shock/tilt indicators applied and direct routes to remove handling steps.
Customs holds: We prevent them with complete, accurate paperwork, HS/valuation checks, and advance lodging of entries; if a hold occurs, we drive proactive broker comms until release.
Tampering: Every case is assigned a unique seal number and photographed at pack, hand-off, and unpack; discrepancies trigger the exceptions log with time, owner, and corrective action.
Missed legs: We book protected connections and monitor cut-offs; if a leg is missed, we execute a recovery plan—re-flight, relay drive, or re-route. Whilst keeping ETAs live where possible.
