We scope and survey assets per user, special desks/rooms and building rules (including asbestos status), then issue labels, crate guides and a phased run sheet. Pre-move we de-cable safely, photograph atypical wiring and crate personal items.
Move day uses padded, restrained transport with intact chain-of-custody; at destination we rebuild monitors, arms and docks, dress cables, and connect PCs and phones. We test power/network/phone (and multi-screen logic/AV where in scope), run a floor-walking support window for tweaks, and provide an evidence pack of manifests, photos and sign-offs.
Pack & Move (Client Re-Cable): This option uses the same premium packing and transport standards—visual inspection, anti-static wrap, flight cases/crates, restrained loads, direct routes, and optional live tracking. On arrival we unpack and place equipment exactly to plan, then hand back to your team for re-commission. A final joint walk-round confirms everything has been migrated safely and accounted for.
De-Cable to Re-Cable (Full Service): On move day our engineers visually inspect all kit, then de-commission PCs, monitors, phones and peripherals, wrapping everything in anti-static protection and loading into dedicated relocation crates or flight cases. Equipment travels on direct routes in GPS-tracked, air-ride vehicles with proper restraints; we can provide your representative with a live tracking login. At destination we clear security, move items to position, and re-commission precisely to the desk plan—power-up and basic functional tests included—before a joint walk-round with your rep to confirm a clean handover and close any exceptions.
Pre-move survey & plan: Desk mapping, headcount, floor access and lift/load timings; label matrix (user → origin desk → destination desk); RAMS, permits to work, and asbestos status check for affected areas required.
User kit handling: Anti-static packing for PCs; foam sleeves for large monitors; IT1 PC relocation crates, LC3 user personal crates for users personal belongings.
Transport: Unbranded, air-ride vehicles on direct routes (no hub transfers); load restraints, padded cases, ramp protection for buildings; GPS telematics available for live tracking on request.
We run end-to-end office moves for desks, furniture, and user workstations. Seats are mapped, assets barcoded, floors protected, and TVs/rails handled with asbestos clearance where needed.
At destination we rebuild to plan: desks reassembled and height-set, screens aligned, arms/stands fitted, cables dressed. Power, network, voice/AV tested, exceptions closed, and per-desk photos/sign-off issued.
Dismantle, protect, and reassemble desks, tables, pedestals, meeting furniture, and storage. Height-set to spec, fixings re-torqued, and missing hardware replaced from spares.
Disconnect → pack → reconnect PCs, screens, docks, phones, and webcams. Screen layouts replicated; arms/stands supplied and mounted; power and data verified.
Under-desk trays/baskets fitted, Velcro looms routed, grommets installed, and power/data separation maintained. Clear leg space and safe load sharing across PDUs.
Barcode/QR on every desk kit and crate; colour-coded labels mapping user → origin → destination. Optional numbered seals for AV/TV. Manifests per area and exception logs cleared.
Security-cleared dual teams work to RAMS and permits, coordinate lifts and loading bays, and keep the move on a minute-by-minute run sheet. PM owns the risk register and comms.
Power-up, network link, dial tone, and multi-screen logic verified. Before/after photos, sign-offs per desk, and a final evidence pack for audit readiness and sign off.
What We Need & the Standards We Follow.
Please supply the final seating plan and any hot-/clear-desk rules, access windows, lift bookings and loading-bay details, asbestos confirmation for any wall works (TVs/arms/rails), activated network ports at destination (or add patching), and flag any VIP/trader desks. We work to ESD-safe handling, safe working loads and RAMS for routes and lifts; no drilling occurs without certification/permit; cables are managed for bend radius, strain relief, power/data separation and airflow; and every user/TV/AV item is tracked with QR/barcodes, maintaining chain-of-custody with optional seal-tagging.
